Course Overview:
This course focuses on the core elements of Operations and Supply Chain Management, offering students the opportunity to analyze, evaluate, and apply these principles effectively. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how supply chain operations and management contribute to creating and adding value. The module equips learners with the skills to design organizations that achieve high productivity through empowered people, while maintaining accountability, responsibility, and robust quality assurance systems.
