The Bachelor of Business (Honours) Degree programme provide students with the skills and knowledge to capitalise on job opportunities in the modern business environment and in the case of part time students enhances their knowledge, competencies and skills.
This 4-year degree programme will be offered via blended delivery (combination of online and onsite delivery in SETU Wexford campus)

The programme has the needs of employers in mind through the provision of transferable skills that are technical and specific such as in the eBusiness/iBusiness or Marketing Management modules. The programme aims to produce graduates who have a strong theoretical foundation, have relevant transferable technical and soft skills, a research and business environment awareness and who are innovative and professional. The programmes will strive to imbue an ethical perspective within graduates through the delivery of the programme. Graduates are envisioned to be independent, autonomous learners capable of displaying the necessary criticality.
The first two years of the programme include core foundation business subjects. In the third year students can specialise in either Business or Digital Media.
The Bachelor of Business Honours programme is structured around four key strands. The four strands are Management, Finance and Economics, Business Technology and Marketing. These four strands are enabled by core modules and by offering electives in years two to four of the programme. As well as the necessary technical skills, a focus on softer more qualitative skills is reflected in the course. Furthermore, there is a strong emphasis on the application of knowledge and skills from these strands through the course modules, cross-modular assessments, the Professional Work Placement module and an applied research project.
The Digital Marketing stream is for graduates who are interested in a career in Business as well as developing specialist skills and knowledge in Digital Marketing. This stream will ensure that you are equipped to deal with the new business opportunities that a specialism in Digital Marketing has to offer. The programme has the needs of employers in mind through the provision of transferable skills that are technical and specific such as in the eBusiness/iBusiness or Marketing Management modules. The programmes aim to develop graduates that meet the national standards as set out by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). Thus the programmes are aimed at producing graduates who have a strong theoretical foundation, have relevant transferable technical and soft skills, a research and business environment awareness and who are innovative and professional.
