Workshop 1: Intro to and practical techniques of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
In this first workshop, participants will delve into the essence of a Training Needs Analysis and its pivotal role in organisational development. Recognizing the importance of aligning learning initiatives with business goals and identifying the right stakeholders, participants will gain a solid understanding of why to perform a Training Needs Analysis.
Building on the intro knowledge, the second part of the workshop focuses on the practical techniques to design and implement an effective Training Needs Analysis.
On completion of this workshop, you will be able to plan and implement your Training Needs Analysis.
Workshop 2: what to do with your Training Needs Analysis
The second workshop focuses on bringing the results of the Training Needs Analysis into action. Participants will explore what to do with the Training Needs Analysis data, and how to prioritise training needs, and the importance of ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
On completion of this workshop, you will be able to work internally and externally to create development programmes, how to evaluate them and how to seek improvements.
