26th September, 3rd & 10th October – 9.30am – 17:00pm,

17th October – 9.00am – 13.00pm

St. Michaels Hall, Thomas St., Wexford Town

 

Assessments:

The course involves a written examination on the final day. Participants are also required to submit a project one month after completion of the Management of Food Safety Course.

 

Certification:

Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI)
