Social Media Training – During this course, we will focus on how to create an effective social media strategy for your organisation, making the most of using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote your product/services. You will learn how social media is used in a business setting, and how to use social media to boost brand recognition and achieve organisational goals.

Creating a Successful LinkedIn Profile –  Take your LinkedIn profile to the next level and turn it into a powerful career tool that spotlights your skills, experiences and impresses your network of connections and potential connections.  LinkedIn is one of the most powerful professional and business networking tools to find jobs, connect with like-minded people and share industry experience. This 1-hour virtual session will show you how crucial is it to create a memorable LinkedIn profile that can help you grow in your career and open new opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence –  In this course, lead by our expert trainer learn and develop your skills to improve company offerings, how to appropriately handle customer dissatisfaction, listening and questioning skills and how to effectively communicate through various mediums such as phone, email, social media, face to face and business to business.  This Customer Service Excellence course will equip you with the skills you need to communicate professionally and enhance relationships, delighting the customer through customer service excellence.
