Course Overview
Learners develop a profound understanding of their prospects by mastering the art of empathy, motivation analysis, and effective questioning. This course is designed to enhance their ability to engage with prospects deeply and insightfully, ultimately leading to stronger sales outcomes.
Learning Objectives
Learners will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to view their sales opportunities through the eyes of their prospects, understand their motivations, and engage them with precision and empathy, leading to more effective and successful sales engagements.

- 4 Credits [40 notional hours] at SCQF Level 9 – equivalent to NFQIE Level 7 and the European Qualifications Framework.
