Overview

This is a practical, skills-building programme designed to introduce participants to the core principles of Lean thinking while developing their capability in structured problem-solving and workflow optimisation.

Through a blend of guided workshops and personalised mentoring clinics, participants learn how to identify inefficiencies, analyse root causes, and design sustainable improvements that drive team and organisational performance.

 

Learning Outcomes:

  • The programme strengthens the foundational mindset required to lead continuous improvement efforts and prepares teams to succeed in environments increasingly shaped by digital transformation.
  • Training includes hands-on digital simulations that reflect real business processes, reinforcing confidence and application
    in a digitally evolving workplace.
  • Participants gain a solid understanding of Lean principles, including value stream thinking, waste reduction, standardised workflows, and iterative improvement.
