Overview
Managing people brings real responsibility especially when it comes to making fair decisions and handling situations properly. Many managers find that employment law is where confidence can dip, particularly when dealing with issues for the first time.
This practical workshop focuses on the employment law essentials people managers need in everyday working life. It is designed to support managers who want greater confidence in handling people matters appropriately and consistently.
Rather than legal theory, the session focuses on real workplace situations, helping managers understand what’s expected of them, where risks can arise, and how to approach common issues with care and good judgement.
The aim is to help managers feel more workplace-ready, knowing when to act, when to pause, and when to seek support.
