Laura Mongey

Laura is an accredited executive coach and emotional intelligence practitioner working with clients in Ireland and Internationally.  She works with leaders and senior professionals to help them effectively navigate their roles, focusing on restoring self-belief and gaining a clear sense of direction, putting them in the driving seat of their professional development to action their goals and advance their careers. Coaching is complemented by using practical tools, resources and frameworks to aid clients in gaining insights and increasing awareness to accelerate their growth.

Laura’s approach to coaching is underpinned by my experience as an accomplished values-driven leader with over 20 years of experience working in Tech and FinTech industries. Starting out, I earned a B.A. in eBusiness and went on to hold senior leadership roles. I’ve specialised in building and scaling diverse, multinational teams in both the EMEA region and Internationally. In her most recent role as Sr. Director in Trust & Safety at Twitter, she had the privilege of leading a large team working on critically strategic and regulatory programs of work. 

Throughout Laura’s career, she has taken her responsibility to people and leadership seriously, always striving to create an environment that fosters growth, development, and success. This commitment led her to pursue a postgraduate diploma in Organisational Behaviour, a transformative experience that enhanced my leadership approach and reignited Laura’s love for learning. 

Driven by her passion for unlocking potential and creating lasting positive change, Laura completed a postgraduate diploma in Executive Coaching. She gained accreditation with EMCC as a senior practitioner, alongside recognition as an accredited Emotional Intelligence practitioner with RocheMartin. This experience solidified her belief in the power of coaching and emotional intelligence as a catalyst for leadership effectiveness and professional growth. 

Recognising the impact of coaching firsthand, Laura  invested in her leadership and achieved a postgraduate diploma in Leadership.  This journey has been incredibly fulfilling as she now has the privilege of guiding individuals and organisations towards success and fulfilment.
