This practical, hands-on programme is designed for SMEs using Big Red Cloud Accounts software who want to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy through automation and AI-driven tools.
Delivered live via Zoom, this course focuses on using the advanced features of Big Red Cloud to streamline bookkeeping processes, reduce manual data entry and strengthen financial controls.
Big Red Cloud will also support marketing and recruitment for this programme.

Using Big Red Cloud Bank Feed

Participants will learn how to:
- Understand Open Banking and how Big Red Cloud Bank Feed works
- Connect bank accounts securely using Open Banking
- Automatically import and review bank transactions
- Allocate transactions accurately to correct ledgers
- Apply posting rules to speed up processing
- Reconcile bank accounts efficiently
- Identify and resolve common issues (duplicates, missing items, errors)
- Maintain strong data security and compliance
Session 2
Using Big Red Cloud Purchase Invoice Importer
Delivered by Tena Sheil
Participants will learn how to:
- Use the Purchase Invoice Importer to reduce manual data entry
- Upload and extract data from supplier invoices
- Review and edit imported invoice information
- Post invoices accurately to suppliers and expense accounts
- Apply VAT correctly during invoice import
- Match invoices to bank transactions
- Maintain an organised and auditable workflow
Certification Options
Option 1:
Certificate of Completion (awarded on attendance at both sessions)
Option 2:
Introductory Certificate in Automation and AI in Accounts
Awarded on successful completion of a skills-based case study via Moodle.
This is an industry certification endorsed by Big Red Cloud.
