Course Overview
Stepping into a management role can be both exciting and challenging. This practical, highly interactive one-day course is designed to support new managers, supervisors and team leaders in developing the essential skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced workplace.
Through real-world examples, hands-on exercises and group discussions, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply in their roles.
