Who is the course aimed at:
This course is specifically designed for HR professionals and leaders.
Course Overview:
This one-day workshop is aimed at HR and other leaders who want to explore company culture and how to improve it in the coming year. Through a series of structured conversations, we discover common issues and themes. Then we look at how a coaching style of leadership can impact autonomy, job satisfaction, and productivity, using practical exercises and models which can be taken back and applied to all levels within the business. We cover what makes a coaching leader or manager, the basic theory of coaching, the business case for coaching and why it is a fit for our times, and how anyone can spot and maximise coachable moments and opportunities every day. Led by EMCC senior coach practitioner and communications specialist Orlaith Carmody, this day promises to be a lively and impactful skills-based workshop.
