Clinic Overview:
This interactive workshop introduces participants to the core principles of Lean Thinking and how they apply in real-world business environments. Designed specifically for micro to medium-sized enterprises, the session focuses on identifying inefficiencies, addressing practical challenges, and improving day-to-day operations.
Through facilitated discussion, business owners and managers will explore how Lean can support structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
Delivered in a clinic-style format, the session encourages participants to bring their own business issues for collaborative analysis and practical learning.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand the core principles of Lean Thinking and their relevance to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Apply a foundational Lean technique , the 5 Whys , to analyse problems and begin addressing a current business challenge.
- Begin developing a Lean mindset by reflecting on real issues within their own business context.

RIKON, established in 2003, is a well-regarded consultancy and research centre. With a growing specialism in Lean methodologies, Li4 was formed to provide a dedicated focus on delivering industry-leading Lean and Industry 4.0 training solutions.

Li4’s multidisciplinary team includes the highest grades of Lean and academic qualifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and experienced industry continuous improvement practitioners, supported by academic experts holding PhDs and Master’s qualifications.
