MindCare Program: Safeguarding Mental Health in Irish Workplaces
This course is aimed at helping employers, mangers, HR Professionals and employees at all levels to recognise signs of stress and common mental health conditions amongst their workforces.
During these interactive workshop sessions, learners will:
- Learn immediate techniques to reduce stress during critical incidents.
- Build resilience for long-term stress management.
- Support colleagues experiencing mental health issues.
- Understand legal compliance related to workplace mental health.
The course will take place over 4 x 1/2 day workshops over a 4 week period as follows:
