MindCare Program: Safeguarding Mental Health in Irish Workplaces

 

This course is aimed at helping employers, mangers, HR Professionals and employees at all levels to recognise signs of stress and common mental health conditions amongst their workforces.

During these interactive workshop sessions, learners will:

  • Learn immediate techniques to reduce stress during critical incidents.
  • Build resilience for long-term stress management.
  • Support colleagues experiencing mental health issues.
  • Understand legal compliance related to workplace mental health.

 

 

The course will take place over 4 x 1/2 day workshops over a 4 week period as follows:

Wednesday, the 22nd of January

Wednesday, the 29th of January

Wednesday the 05th of February

Wednesday the 12th of February

 

Times: 9.30 – 1pm each day

 

Venue: County Wexford Camber of Commerce Training Room

 

Full Price: €250 Per Person

Skillnet Funded Price: €175 Per Person
