Shaping Your Future Team: Effective Interviewing Skills for Managers
Choosing the right talent today strengthens your team and your business tomorrow – and the opposite is equally true. Great teams don’t happen by chance; they’re built on one hiring decision at a time. This makes the role of the Interviewer integral when it comes to selecting a strong and successful team.
Throughout this Workshop, participants will learn how to uncover real potential, recognise the behaviours and values that drive long-term success, and conduct interviews that are fair, engaging and grounded in evidence, not assumptions.
With clear guidance on compliant interviewing and a Toolkit to use immediately, participants will leave with confidence, clarity and skill to make intentional hiring decisions that strengthen their teams and organisation’s future.
