The solution rests with communicating your strategy to your employees and empowering them to exceed and excel.  Your people are the implementers of your strategy. Your strategy plan is a crucial element for success helping you to focus on your long-term goals and identify priority areas of growth while managing risk and potential pitfalls. Closing the strategy to performance gap is a key component of your strategy, which will ensure your roadmap for success is clear, relatable and measurable.

 

Day 1/Your strategy plan

 

  • Define your ultimate vision, values and purpose (aim at 3 – 5 years maximum) – Incremental or Transformational Change planned?
  • Evaluate the current status of your business & identify key areas requiring improvement
  • Define your priority goals for your business and assess readiness and risk
  • Apply the balanced scorecard and develop your strategy map

 

Day 2

  • Communicate your strategic plan and KPIs
  • Review business processes to align with new direction
  • Close the strategy to performance gap – focus on your teams
  • Develop measurable KPIs
