Sylvia Wadding brings 16 years of industry experience and expertise in Food safety & Compliance to her clients which include restaurants, retailers, professional kitchens, manufacturers and more. Sylvia graduated with a B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology from DIT Cathal Brugha St in 2007 and keeps up to date on industry standards through continuous professional development and courses. Sylvia is an accredited trainer with the EHAI and a member of the Food Safety Professional Association.
