The Irish Centre for Diversity works in partnership with organisations across Ireland at all stages of the equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) journey.
A fundamental aspect of building inclusive working environments is ensuring that everybody has the knowledge and awareness they need to foster a supportive, inclusive culture. Different approaches to learning and development can be required depending on level and seniority.
We want organisations to do more than just tick boxes; we want them to transform the workplace environment to one which is equitable and inclusive.
The services and support we provide are threefold.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory: We offer guidance and advisory support on a range of topics related to EDI.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training: We provide extensive EDI training at all levels across organisations.
Investors in Diversity – Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Mark: This is Ireland’s premier EDI accreditation Mark. Investors in Diversity provides businesses with a framework for success over three levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold. So whether your organisation is starting the EDI journey, or is more well established, it helps to measure, improve and recognise efforts to foster equality, diversity and inclusion in your organisation.
