The Gorey Institute was founded in 2014 by Róisín Leacy. Róisín having worked in the industry for many years spotted a gap in the market for a high-quality college in the area.
Róisín has worked extremely hard over the past years to grow the college and offer the best training available. Originally focusing on the beauty industry now the college offers courses in Makeup Artistry, Beauty, Hair & Barbering, Sports & Fitness. All of which are internationally accredited full and part time courses.

In 2016 college founder Róisín Leacy established the Gorey institute scholarship fund, this was created to support one person each year in achieving an International Qualification in Makeup Artistry. Róisín believed with the talent that’s out there, someone deserved the helping hand to achieve their Dream career.
