Who is the course aimed at:

This programme is for any business owner/manager who is struggling or challenged with identifying and communicating their value and costing it accordingly. It is also for anyone who is diversifying into a new market or a developing a new revenue route with their products/services.

Course Overview:

The Pricing for Profit Masterclass is an intensive programme designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to price their products and services effectively. Delivered over two half-day (3-hour) sessions, this course focuses on strategic pricing, value communication, and achieving consistent cash flow. The price for profit programme is supported with a workbook and template resources to support attendees during and post programme delivery. An online portal Access will be opened for all attendees to allow them to download and benefit from all support material as and when they wish. A price master 1:1 is included for every attendee.
