LO1 Explain the key requirements of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work framework legislation.
LO2 Explain the concept of risk management and apply the hazard identification and risk assessment process
LO3 Identify and analyse the importance of accident reporting and investigation.
LO4 Describe & evaluate the key components of emergency planning and of an evacuation procedure.
LO5 Explain the contents and function of a Safety Statement.
LO6 Describe the key parameters of an IPC license, analysing how company activities can impact upon this.
LO7 Evaluate the role of waste management and detail waste control and minimisation strategies.
