● Identify areas within your own business models or value chains where value is currently lost or underutilised- Untapped potential exploration!
● Generate new opportunity ideas across products, services, operations, and customer engagement that align with circular economy thinking.
● Apply simple tools and frameworks to prioritise opportunities and shape them into actionable next steps.
● Recognise the role of innovation, digitalisation, sustainability, and organisational agility in enabling circular strategies and meeting futurology forecasts.
● Commit to at least one quick-win action or pilot project to test within their business in the 90 days post workshop.

By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a clear set of opportunities tailored to their business and the tools to begin implementing them including;
