Workshop Content:
1 Build and Maintain Positive Employee Relations:

  • Implement strategies to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Foster open communication and trust between employees and management.
2 Identify Common Workplace Conflicts:

  • Recognise various sources and types of workplace conflicts.
  • Distinguish between healthy disagreements and harmful conflicts.
3 Conduct Difficult Conversations:

  • Develop skills for managing challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Address performance issues, interpersonal conflicts, and sensitive topics.
4 Handle Grievances and Complaints:

  • Follow established procedures for handling employee grievances and complaints.
  • Ensure fair and timely resolution of workplace issues.
5 Promote Workplace Mediation Techniques:

  • Understand the role of mediation in resolving disputes.
  • Serve as mediators or facilitate mediation processes as needed.
