Practical Hospitality Skills for Food and Beverage Service Staff – In-Company Programme

Following consultations with local Hospitality Providers, County Wexford Chamber Skillnet in collaboration with Hospitality Skills Ireland have developed a 1-day practical skills programme aimed at upskilling your food and beverage service staff.

 

Our 1 day Food & Beverage skills course is accredited by CPD.  The times / day is worked around the Business and our experienced trainer will work with your management team before, during and after to identify your needs and tailor the course around your current needs and skills gaps.     The day can consists of classroom training ( in a mock restaurant ) and/or on the job training where the trainer works on the ground with new members of staff.  The trainer can shadow your staff and train simultaneously, providing feedback to management at the end of the day.

 

Before the course, the Trainer will require the SOPs of the business, so as to ensure the skills and order of service trained are in line with your procedures.
